4、整機(jī)就位、整平、灌漿，泵一般采用二次灌漿對基礎(chǔ)預(yù)留洞進(jìn)行整平。將地腳螺栓插入泵座的螺栓孔，裝上墊圈，擰上螺母。對基礎(chǔ)地腳螺栓預(yù)留孔進(jìn)行灌漿，待混凝土凝固后擰緊地腳螺栓上的螺母，檢查標(biāo)高并校正，用無收縮水泥砂漿對泵底座進(jìn)行二次灌漿，并用混凝土填充底座下方的空間，確保無氣孔。焊接底座應(yīng)澆注在槽鋼底座的上表面。安裝電機(jī)后，進(jìn)行校正。

Grout the reserved holes of foundation anchor bolts, tighten the nuts on the anchor bolts after the concrete is solidified, check the elevation and correct it, use non shrinkage cement mortar to conduct secondary grouting on the pump base, and fill the space under the base with concrete to ensure that there are no pores.
